So, if you get a flat tyre or an overheated engine, you should always be able to get in touch. Even if you’re not a Green Flag customer, we can still rescue you, or put you in touch with the right people.

How does it work?

Step One

Connect to a satellite

Use your iPhone to connect to a satellite. You can go to the Apple website to get a step-by-step guide.

Step Two

Contact Green Flag

After you've requested the rescue on your iPhone, Green Flag will kick into action. We'll find your location over the satellite, and we'll ask some questions to get any vital information.

Step Three

Get rescued

Our Green Flag agent will then give you regular updates via satellite message (like a text) so you don’t feel stranded.
