Information on our response time
Our response time is based on our current network's recorded callouts throughout October 2010 to September 2011. During this period we recorded 242,553 call outs across the UK.
We have excluded all jobs that are booked a day or more in advance but included any that occur within the same day of the recovery request.
Our analysis measures accidents we have attended as well as breakdowns, however we have been careful not to include any incident where we have not had direct contact with the customer.
