Information on our response time

Our response time is based on our current network's recorded call outs throughout Nov 2011 to Oct 2012. During this period we recorded 606,039 call outs across the UK.

We have excluded all jobs that are booked a day or more in advance but included any that occur within the same day of the recovery request.

Our analysis measures accidents we have attended as well as breakdowns, however we have been careful not to include any incident where we have not had direct contact with the customer.
