Green Flag Virtual Patrol Launch
01 June 2008
Green Flag, the leading roadside breakdown network, is launching a new look for Green Flag vehicles helping distressed motorists. Green Flag is looking to invigorate the brand and this is one initiative that aims to make the network model a stronger business model in the market place. Over the next six months a total of 400 vehicles nationwide will be branded to match the current advertising campaign.
Dan Robinson, Head of Green Flag says, "We have ambitions to develop and grow the business, both direct to the consumer and through partnerships with other insurance and banking customers."
"There will be a fixed price menu for a wide range of vehicles and together with our partner Akzo Nobel, who will act on our behalf to ensure a high level of quality and consistency for the brand, we expect the first vehicle to be on the road by the end of July 2008."
Robinson continues, "The visibility of the brand will increase dramatically with more than double the number of branded vehicles on the road. We do a fantastic job 24/7 and now our customers will see this and feel more secure and confident in the quality and integrity of Green Flag. We want customers to identify and have a positive association with Green Flag. A brand they can see and trust when out on the road."
