Fleet Assist provides exactly that - and in a flexible and cost-effective way. Designed exclusively for fleet cars and light vans, it's the fast, reliable way to ensure that your vehicles are covered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Choose from two levels of cover
Whether your fleet is two or two thousand strong, Fleet Assist offers the flexibility of two types of cover - Insured or Pay on Use.
Insured
With this cover you pay one annual premium per fleet vehicle with nothing more to pay should you need to call us out depending on the level of cover chosen. Here's a brief description of the three levels of cover available.
Comprehensive Plus
- Roadside assistance
- Nationwide recovery of vehicle, driver and up to 5 passengers to anywhere in the UK
- Caravan and trailer cover
- Optional Home-Call for service within one mile of driver's home address
- European cover
Roadside Assistance
- Roadside assistance
- Recovery of vehicle, driver and up to 5 passengers to local garage within 10 miles
- Caravan and trailer cover
- Optional Home-Call for service within one mile of driver's home address
Recovery Only
- Recovery of vehicle, driver and up to 5 passengers to anywhere in the UK following a major breakdown that cannot be repaired at the roadside
- Caravan and trailer cover
Homecall
- This valuable service gives you the option of cover within a one mile radius of the driver's home address. It is available with Comprehensive Plus and Roadside Assistance service levels

Pay on Use
With this cover you pay a small subscription fee per vehicle and then only for the breakdown services you need - at pre-arranged rates - as and when you need them. Our 30 days credit scheme also means there is nothing to pay at the roadside. Fleet Assist gives your fleet drivers motoring peace of mind, and promises to keep your business on the move at all times.

How to join
To keep your fleet on the road and enjoy motoring peace of mind - or simply to find out more - all you have to do is call our Fleet Department on 0800 001 341.
If you have up to 25 vehicles please quote the dedicated reference number of FT4J01 or if you have more than 25 vehicles please quote the dedicated reference number of FT4J02. Our lines are open Monday to Saturday 9am to 6pm and on Sundays from 10am to 5pm.
